The living room, primary bedroom and one guest bedroom, also a primary suite have flat screen televisions with Spectrum service. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, wet bar, wine cooler dishwasher, microwave, double oven, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest suite has a king size bed and extra room has bunk beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. Also included, beach toys, chairs and umbrella located in the garage.
