Positive: While the space was pretty basic, it was well laid out and lots of parking. Very clean, extra towels and generally a quiet area (except one morning). I appreciate the starter kit on paper towels, TP, etc. We were at an event happening downtown St. Pete, and it was great that it was only a 10 minute drive. We were having an issue with the smoke alarm and I appreciate how quick the owner/manager was to respond to me late at night.

Negative: Very small things need a little attention, but they're pretty common for guest rentals. I hadn't realized until just before arriving that it was really a basic kitchenette - which I'm sure was in the description but I missed it. It would be nice if there was just a little outdoor seating, like a small picnic table at edge of parking gravel. There is otherwise no outdoor space for the apartment.
