Clean & well appointed, this quaint Southern California Beach Bungalow has a very desirable, seaside location. Bedroom, Living space, 3 shallow stairs to Kitchenette & Bath. Seperate-private "Casita Serina" enterance (attached - seperated by garage). Shares a pleasant tranquile outdoor common space w/main Bungalow home. Steps to beach, tidy, chic, inexpensive, convenient and comfortable. Boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, sunscreen & chairs. Surf boards & bike rentals within a block.
