The bathroom has a large shower and the mini-kitchen has full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and a small butcherblock cutting board. Shelves/drawers hold knives, utensils, wraps, wine opener, and silverware, Dishes and Induction-Compatible Pots and pans and Fire blanket (redpkg) are stored below. This unit is great for long term visits with a significant monthly discount that is automatically applied when you enter monthly dates.
PARKING: Onsite Parking for one car onsite. Sorry, no guest, trailer or boat parking. The building is on a busy road, but it is quiet inside due to block walls and dual pane windows. We recommend waiting for the light at Palm Bay Rd to change, and traffic to slow down before pulling in or out.
There is a Large Shower in the bathroom but please bring your own toiletries. There is also a Dishpan, dish soap and a dish rack in the bathroom vanity cabinet.
HVAC: Mgmt remotely-controls the HVAC system. It is programmed to stay between 72 - 74 degrees. Please call 858 527 8444 between 10 am and 8 pm if you need an adjustment. There is a supplemental, guest-controlled portable A/C. For use only in summer.
