Castaway Cottages are composed of cozy apartments in a single-level tri-plex overlooking the Indian River. Unit C is on the right (south) side of the building. Go past Unit B and through the tall gate till you see a large”C” on the wall next to the door. The lockbox is on the door handle. This is a comfortably furnished, small apt. in a central location that overlooks the Indian River. The living room has a smart tv, a ceiling fan, along leather sofa and a table/desk with two swivel stools. There is a Queen bed, two dressers a ceiling fan and an electric, leather longer in the bedroom. The bathroom has a glass sink and vanity, and a small shower with handrails. Kitchenette has fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, and coffemaker. No Stove.
Max 2 guests. No pets. No smoking. Self Check-In. Busy street but quiet inside. Shared backyard. 2 miles to the beach across the causeway at New Haven Avenue. Close to Historic Downtown Melbourne, Holmes Regional Medical Center Harris, FIT, Northrup Grumman. 6 miles to Palm Bay Hospital and Melbourne Airport. 45 mins to Orlando Airport and Disney. HOUSE RULES: 1) no smoking or pets on the property. 2) We LOVE the beaches, but please leave our towels and blankets at the apartment. 3) Please also wash off the sand from your feet at the spigot at the corner of the building instead of in the shower drains! Thank you! 4) Please No parking in handicapped space unless you have a placard. 5) quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.
We LOVE the beach but please leave our towels and blankets inside and the sand outside. Use the spigot at the front-right corner of the building or the hose in the backyard to wash the sand off of your feet and shoes before you come in (rather than sending it down our shower drains.)
