Castleview Cove is a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bath lakefront retreat offering two separate living areas, including a private apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The main house features two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with four bunk beds (eight twin beds total), making it ideal for families and larger groups. - You may park on the cement driveway only. No parking on the grass.
- DO NOT park on road or in neighbors’ way!
- All furniture must be put back where it was found!
- House needs to be put back into condition it was rented!

- No profanity outdoors, many kids in the neighborhood!
- Be courteous of neighbors
- We usually provide a few days` supply of the essentials to get you started when you arrive. It`s not expected for the supplies to last the entire stay; they`re just there to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the store when you travel to check in.
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of driveway at the end of stay
- Please note that lawn maintenance maybe scheduled during your stay
- Pets are allowed after making an arrangement with us. There is a pet fee associated.
-Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
