The heated pool and screened-in lanai w/ covered dining area can be accessed from fully extending sliding glass doors in both living rooms & the master bedroom. Other special amenities to enhance your stay include, attached garage parking, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, alarm system, grill, 4 bicycles, yoga mats, pool & beach necessities (floats, towels, chairs, wagon, stroller, cooler, toys) & so much more!

Booking Information:
All bookings have a minimum two (2) night stay and require full payment before arrival, a a $350 refundable damage deposit, and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
Pets are welcome upon OWNER APPROVAL and an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300/pet.
After booking your stay you will receive confirmation with a lease agreement.

*There is a strict no smoking policy. This home is in a deed restricted community so rules provided prior to arrival must be followed. There is one (1) external camera that faces the driveway only. The camera is used for communication with delivery drivers, lawn/landscapers, and pool care employees only. Owner provides enough basic items like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels…etc for up to one week, longer stays may need to provide some of these items if replenishing is needed.
