Only 2 miles to downtown, relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the Brightline. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just a steps away. You will be able to walk to the intracoastal in minutes.

The house is centrally located in the Heart of West Palm Beach, near shops and commodities, only minutes away on from the West Palm Beach Brightline train station. However having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property. Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. You can also acquire a ride from the trolley that picks up people at City Place. West Palm Beach has a train station where you can take Amtrak to and from Orlando, Tampa, and other cities. Additionally, Tri- rail trains can be taken from the station which is only 5 minutes ride away. Tri- rail runs to Miami and cities in between West Palm and MIA.
