This second floor condominium in Amelia Woods is fully furnished and includes all dishes, cookware, towels, and linens. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the unit. This upstairs unit includes a vaulted ceiling in the den and a private porch overlooking the Amelia Woods tennis courts/Pickle Ball courts and swimming pool. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. A sleeper sofa is located in the den. Two parking spaces are available in front of the unit. A grill is available in the picnic area near the pool (a grill may not be used on the deck/porch of the unit).
Please note that this is an upstairs unit (second floor) and an elevator is not available. Amelia Woods Condominiums were constructed in the 1970's and the development is nestled in a quiet residential area among beautiful live oaks, magnolias, palmettos and lagoon.

The beautiful beach is two blocks from the unit (see the map in photos). The public beach access is located at the end of Mizell Avenue for easy access to the beautiful beach, which is a two-block walk or bike ride from the unit. Sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are stored in the closet on the porch for your use. Please review all of the included photos in this listing!
As noted above, this condo cannot be rented for less than three months at a time. The Amelia Woods Association requires a minimum stay of 3 months.
