Summary: Staying here was not the best place. The communication of the staff was truly horrendous. If we had any small questions they wouldn’t answer or any big issues they didn’t answer. They also did not answer the phone. It was mostly through text message— and even then they would text us a response for 2-3 minutes then go silent for hours even days. Make sure to document every thing about the property. Staff was rude with simple questions. Property was cleaned all the way through even though they asked for a cleaning fee. There were a few wet towels that they expected us to use — gross. We found insects. The only highlight for me was having warm water in the bathrooms, a working toilet, a working microwave, and a washing machine that ran.
