Just steps from the 74th Street Lifeguard Tower, The Welworth is located in North Beach, a relaxed part of town known for its Miami Modern (MiMo) architecture, independent restaurants and luxury beachfront hotels, including the Carillon Wellness Resort. The condo is also a 15-minute drive from SoBe, Wynwood and the Miami Design District.
The Welworth, designed by Miami-based Vinmod Studio, is a reimagined short-term rental that combines the casual lifestyle of Miami Beach with the Danish concept of hygge. From the luxurious linens and locally made toiletries in the bedroom and bathroom, to the custom-made furniture and accessories in the living room and kitchen, The Welworth provides a level of cosiness and comfort that is unmatched for shorter and longer-term stays along the beach.
Upon entry, guests are greeted with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a split refrigerator-freezer, beverage cooler, dishwasher, four-burner electric stovetop and high-end speed oven. The kitchen also includes a Nespresso machine (pods included!), toaster, kettle and every other hand appliance and accessory you might possibly need for your stay.
A comfortable dining space, attached to the kitchen, features a modern table, Scandinavian-style dining chairs and a custom-made bench wrapped in vegan leather. A sofa and ottoman, designed and made by Clad Home in Los Angeles, is opposite the dining area and is the ideal place to lounge, read or enjoy the latest streaming series from the Samsung Frame Smart TV hung above the bench.
The bright, airy bedroom is behind a locking door and is furnished with a king size bed, premium linen bed sheets, bespoke mood lighting, black out blinds (for those late nights) and another Samsung Frame flatscreen smart TV. Guests are welcome to hang their clothing and store their luggage in the attached walk-in closet, which is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, broom and vacuum.
The bathroom is also connected to the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower, wrapped in terrazzo tile; premium Kohler fixtures, including a large rainfall shower head; luxurious bath, face and hand towels; and locally made shampoo, conditioner and body wash by South Florida's Society Laboratory.
To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, a digital ecobee thermostat controls the central air conditioning -- a rarity for similar spaces throughout Miami Beach. And for that perfect night's rest, a Dyson cooling fan is also available in the bedroom and can be controlled remotely.
Since we want our guests to get the most out of their Welworth experience, only two adults and one child under 2 are permitted in the unit at a time. No exceptions.
Guest access
The closet in The Welworth is equipped with beach towels, two chairs and an umbrella that can be taken to the beach. A collapsable pack and play for our guests under 2 is also available in the closet.
Coin-operated washer/dryers are available on the first floor of the building for guest use. For larger loads, dry cleaning and fluff and fold services, check out Laundromart at 7124 Abbott Avenue, just a short walk away.
Parking is NOT included, but there is plenty of metered street parking in the area. PRO-TIP: Guests are encouraged to park in the large format, municipally run lot along Collins Avenue, between 72 and 73 Streets, just a two minute walk from The Welworth. Since parking is free in the area, including this lot, from 6pm-8am every day, you can pay for the full day of parking from your phone (around $10.00) using the ParkMobile App. Do not park in any lot belonging to a business. They will always tow.

- The cleaning fee is based on a “courteous guest.” Any excessive mess or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at any time for violation of these rules.
- Unless previously requested AND approved, there will be a late checkout fee of $25 for every 30 minutes after the check out time beginning at 10:01 AM.
