3 Bedroom House in Western, Eugene
Our cozy home in Eugene has a mid-century modern feel, is fully furnished and well equipped. It is nestled up against the base of the south hills in a quiet neighborhood, and is close-in and a short drive to the UO campus (2.7 miles), Hayward Field (3 miles), as well as to downtown (2.6 miles). Two blocks to big green Westmoreland park, 0.5 miles to restaurants, Bimart and Albertsons (with Starbucks inside). Family & kids friendly.
The space
We have a new AC system and a Blueair HEPA air filter to keep the environment as fresh and cool in summery days or warm on chilly ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with spices, oil and of course complimentary tea and coffee. The home features two bedrooms with a queen bed and a smaller carpeted bedroom upstairs with a single bed plus a trundle bed. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and one shower stall and toilet in the laundry room. The upstairs bedroom entrance is through the laundry door and is perfect for 2 kids to share. The max accommodation is 5 adults, or 4 adults with 2 kids. We have a Graco Travel Bassinet upon request.
You will find a ping pong table in the garage for big kids and little (though no AC in the garage). In the fenced backyard, we have patio furniture with a basic BBQ grill (briquettes, lighter fluid, matches provided) for your grilling pleasure.

The space is one side of a spacious duplex, and is completely separate from the other unit. The house is near (but not on) a busy street.
