The Space:
Coastal Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,254 sq. ft. single-family home with a garage full of games to keep you occupied while not at the beach. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The open-concept kitchen and living room include a dining table and a coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee maker. The backyard features a patio with plenty of seating, a playground, and a propane grill and fire pit, while the garage is set up as a game room with a billiard table, foosball table, and more.
Guest Access:
The booking guest must complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan or a security deposit before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

Located just 28 km from Fort Walton Beach Park and 35 km from Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, you'll have easy access to stunning beaches and exciting activities. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is also only 36 km from the property. Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
