Summary: We were in town for family Christmas. The kids wanted to swim in the morning before going and the pool was closed, I asked the front desk and they said the manager is coming in at 10am to get the pool ready. We left and I called about 3pm to see if we could go back and swim and the front desk said it was still closed and the manager was supposed to be there any minute. We arrived back about 6pm and the pool was still closed, tried to get room service at 8pm and were told to stop back at 9:30pm to see if it was possible. Just terrible customer service.
