Our home in the Village of Virginia Trace is just 1.3 miles from Lake Sumter Landing, making it one of the most convenient locations in The Villages. You'll enjoy unlimited access to nightly live entertainment, 36 Executive Golf Courses, Fitness and Educational Classes, and Unlimited Clubs and Activities, etc! The location is less than 60 minutes from Disney World, Orlando International Airport, and Sanford Regional Airport. Tampa International Airport is also less than a 90 minute drive. Our home is designed for your comfort with quality Ethan Allen couches/furniture, and new Casper mattresses in both the master and guest bedrooms, as well as a peaceful screened in lanai equipped with outfoor furniture and a ceiling fan with view into a private green space/backyard. You'll enjoy a 65" HDTV Smart TV in the living space, and a 55" HDTV Smart TV in the master bedroom, along with high speed internet and a cable streaming package through Sling TV.
This home is fully furnished and includes new appliances, central AC, garage refigerator, washer and dryer, and natural gas supply for heat, cooking, and dryer. The primary bedroom features a new King Size Casper Mattress, and the Guest Bedroom includes both a new full size Casper mattress, and an additional twin size bed.
Come ready to cruise The Villages and/or enjoy your access to first class golf. A 2 seater Yamaha gas golf cart and a full set of both male and female golf clubs are included for your convenience.
