2 Bedroom Villa in Whitney Beach, Bradenton
2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Villa within 2 miles of Anna Maria Island. Completely newly renovated Villa with 2 King Beds and a large sofa sleeper for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything is new, all the paint ceilings and walls, new ductwork, all new furniture, new linens, and new dishes. Kitchen has been completely renovated and original bathrooms are still in excellent condition and will be with us a little longer. Please contact me if a pet is a must have visitor. Heads up, the pet will need rental references and will have it's own $20 a day rental charge.
Our HOA requires and enforces a one month stay without exception and a rental application to be completed ahead of time.

All within a short drive to the powder white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and family beachcomber restaurants like the Beach House and Sandbar that’s literally right on the beach.
Your villa includes private driveway with tandem parking for two. This villa as been almost entirely updated with all new furniture, appliances, linens, cookware, flatware, and dishes. Includes two King sizes beds and a new large pull out sofa sleeper. One bedroom accommodates the plushy bed sleeper and the other is for those who like a little firm mattress. One bedroom also has a more low profile box spring for those who don’t like to slide up into bed. Each bedroom comes with their own smartTV and free WiFi to sign in and watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Prime Video shows. The living room TV and master bedroom also come with free cable television. The cable box can be moved to the second bedroom if so desired.
Front and garage entry both have Schlage keypad deadbolt locks for your convenience. The garage is only for trash cans and where you may keep your bicycles.

About the Owner
My husband was raised a Florida boy Bradenton after his dad retired from the Air Force. His mother bought this lovely home in 2006. Renting it seasonally will allow us to maintain it and enjoy the nostalgia of Bradenton and Anna Maria Island with our six year old son.
