Riverside Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tampa. Lots of charming homes, my 1927 Craftsman Bungalow included. The Riverwalk is only 3/4 a mile away. Bike, stroll, or jog along the Riverwalk to the convention entrance or downtown. Many Restaurants along the way as well as Curtis Hixon Park. Waterworks Park and Ulele! Seminole Heights brewpubs are just to the north about 2.5 miles. NOW OPEN is Armature Works' adaptive reuse project! Stores, Restaurants, and Heights Public Market are all within .75 mi!! Check out The Hall on Franklin which is NOW open and only 1 mile away!!
Plenty of parking. There is a private driveway, or you can park in the street no problem.
Rental cars, Uber, taxis, and buses are all readily available. The easiest choice is UBER!
The HART line #7 will take you from N Blvd into downtown. The Bus stop is approx 3 blocks away.
The "Downtowner" is another FREE option within city limits. The closest pickup spot is about 3/4 mile away at Waterworks Park! Please download the app for more info!
