Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Check-in at 4PM / Check-out at 11AM Check out time is STRICTLY at 11 AM unless late check out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $20/hr USD. If your unscheduled late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied. The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges.
