You can dine indoors or soak up the sun outdoors in your private dining area. The villa features soaring ceilings, chic LaZBoy furniture, charming Beach-themed art, and sumptuous high thread count linens and luxury mattresses. With space for up to 6 guests, the villa offers a King Bedroom suite, 2 cozy Twin Hall Bunk Beds, and a snug Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sink into dreamland on the medium-firm, high-quality mattresses in every room. The full bath is accessible from the King Suite and the hall, showcasing a spacious vanity with granite counters and a stunning walk-in shower. Island Soul Coral Bay Villa is the 2nd-floor North unit (Unit 3) of the Island Soul 4-plex on Indian Bay. These units were just completed in 2023 and are right in the middle of Dauphin Island, close to everything. You are just across the street from the Island Community Center, less than one block to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses within walking distance. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away.
**Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
6. Please start dishes and linens before departure.
7. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
8. Although we LOVE our Fur Babies, we don't allow them in our property to keep our units pristine for our guests' enjoyment.
Parking Instructions
Each Unit Can accommodate 2 vehicles, or 1 vehicle and 1 boat trailer if necessary (reservations are required for boats). Extra parking is available just outside the fence for guests.
