Our home has been updated. It is decorated in a Palm Beachy tropical style. The kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The breakfast room is great for your early morning coffee. There is a small screened enclosed porch off the breakfast room. The TV is located in the small den which overlooks the garden. There is a living room with dining area off the kitchen. Both bedrooms have one queen size bed. There's a lot of natural wood. The furniture is mainly rattan with some hand carved mahogany. The floors in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen are original white cypress. The rest of the floors : den and breakfast room are ceramic tile - there are no fitted carpets, just rugs. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons and absolutely non-smoking. With approx 1300sq ft of air conditioned living space you will not be cramped. For your enjoyment there are 4 HDTV's, DVD/VCR plus free long distance calls. There is a SMART TV in the den. There's a small library of VCR's/DVD's. There is also an iPhone docking station / charger. There is no garage but we have ample parking under our majestic trees. The property has lightening speed integrated WiFi/broadband internet connection with speeds up to 40mpbs to allow multiple users at the same time.
