Our 1920’s bungalow is located in the quiet, historic Old Northeast neighborhood of downtown St. Pete. The bungalow is part of a historical triplex and has just been remodeled featuring a new bathroom and kitchen.
You enter the bungalow with your private keyless electronic door lock code. Entry code will be furnished to you prior to your arrival.
The bungalow is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, taverns and shopping; 3 blocks to Sunken Gardens and Great Explorations; 9 blocks to the waterfront North Shore Park; 14 blocks to downtown and the Sundial. The beach is just 9 miles away.
Our bungalow features a king size bed in the first bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a large sectional sofa in the living room and a kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals at home. There are 3 flat screen TV's (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) with cable and WiFi also included.The bathroom features a claw foot tub/shower combo. Features include hardwood floors throughout, quartz counters in the kitchen and bath, barn door separating the living area from the sleeping area, full size washer and dryer, and central AC and heat. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedrooms WiFi throughout the property. An enclosed shared courtyard is available and a grill for your use. Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler are available for your convenience.
Cleaning services are available for an additional fee for stays over 1 week - available upon request.
