This fabulous original 1930s cottage home is located in historic and arts district with dining and entertainment. It is walking distance to Canal Street with restaurants, boutique shops and Art galleries. On Saturdays, there is a Farmers market at the end of the street. The Intracoastal waterway is nearby and a 2 mile drive to Flagler street nightlife the spectacular beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.
The House is FULLY renovated with new finishes and appliances. The open floor plan shares a cozy Living room, Dining area and spacious Kitchen. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and its own Bathroom, the second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Relax outside on one of 2 porches, the Adirondack chairs out front or cool off under the breezeway where we have a BBQ grill.
