You'll have total privacy in this impeccably decorated guesthouse with a gated patio, blackout curtains, street parking, AC/heat, wifi & other modern amenities. The unit makes excellent use of space & includes a desk for work.
The space
The unit is furnished with your comfort and style in mind. Gender neutral ethnic and tribal prints, modern furnishings and comfortable bedding with blackout curtains for those that love to sleep in - we've got it all! The unit gets a lot of natural light. It has a couch that opens to a sofa bed. It's got a counter for dining, Amazon Alexa for tunes, Apple TV for views (use your own amazon, hulu or netflix to log in), Wifi for surfing, a wall-mounted desk that folds for maximum efficiency, a full closet and bathroom. A coffee maker, toaster oven, electric stove, cleaning supplies, and a hair dryer are also included.
The patio also is gated for maximum privacy and you can lock it from the inside while you're in the unit. It has string lights and a bistro table set for a whole vibe during the night time or a sun shade for coffee lovers that like to enjoy their morning cup of joe outdoors.
Guest access
You can bike, walk or drive around the neighborhood. LA is not the most transit friendly city, but we are a short drive from four major highways. We are 10 minutes away (drive) from the Exposition train line and there's a bus stop at the end of our block. There's also a Metro rail station approximately one mile away that can take you north to the Expo line, which goes to Santa Monica or USC, or take the rail south to Inglewood/SoFi Stadium area. There's a grocery store, some fast food options, a Starbucks and some local parks all walking distance also. The suburban neighborhood offers plenty of street parking and you will typically find a space within a few houses from the unit.
