Large window ac units provide comfort throughout the cottage and the unit also has a washer and dryer.

The Conch Cottage is in a secured gated condo association called Venture Out, which is a 64 acre property with 24 hour security. It is known for its access to crystal-clear waters and amazing views. For boaters, we have a 2 boat ramps within the community that is seconds from the house, with a fish cleaning station. You can even buy your bait at the convenience store. Directly behind the convenience store is the gas dock. Everything you need to bring home a fresh Florida Keys catch! After a long day of boating or fun in the sun, kick back and enjoy the gentle island breezes from the back patio while sipping your favorite cocktail with family and friends in the cozy outdoor sitting area.
