This cozy, well-maintained vacation rental is situated on a large, quiet property in rural Citrus County, with lots of trees, a nice screened-in porch and plenty of parking space. Bring your kayaks, boat & trailer and explore the area such as the Gulf of Mexico, the trails, the Rainbow River State park, the lakes and the 48 miles bike trail. This is a brand-new like residential mobile home, 1248 sq.ft. living but it feels much larger.
The kitchen has plentiful cabinets and counter space to make delicious meals and drink or just gather for a chat. The living room is open to the kitchen and the dining room is also right off the kitchen. All appliances and kitchen equipment present. The living room has a comfortable L-shape couch, coffee tables, side tables, TV and a separate area with a desk for if you need to work. The master bedroom has plenty of storage, adjacent bathroom with walk-in closet, walk-in shower and large countertop.
The two guests rooms both have 2 twin beds and share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. TV and free wifi available for our guests. The washer and dryer are location in a little brick building, where also the bikes, golf sets etc. are stored. Ideal for if you bring kayaks or other belonging. Outdoor fire pit, front porch seating, a BBQ, Golf sets (2 or more at request) and Bicycles available for you to use. Large lot for when you bring a small dog (under 15 pounds, extra fee $100). Close to shopping, bike trails and lakes.
This lovely residential mobile home is in excellent condition and very well taken care of. Clean as a whistle. Owners live on the property behind and can assist with any questions or need.
