This condo is on the 5th floor and sits high enough in the building to provide an unimpeded perspective, yet is low enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the waves breaking as you drift off to sleep. Wood-look tile flooring throughout, washer/dryer, updated bathrooms and furniture for a cozy coastal retreat.
Located just a few miles south of the main Daytona Beach, the idyllic Ponce Inlet location provides a natural, quiet escape from the frenetic pace of crowds, yet it is a stone's throw from many attractions and activities should you choose to join the fray. This 885 sq. ft. little gem is a great getaway, bright and beachy, and is situated with a great view of the Ponce lighthouse jetty.
