The open concept condo has been recently renovated including a wonderfully updated kitchen and living/dining. area. The décor is fun, beachy and welcoming. We are steps away from the beach and the pool. St Augustine offers a unique history, fabulous dining and shopping, and many outdoor activities.

Located on one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Florida. Short drive away from Historic landmarks of St. Augustine, oldest city in America, great restaurants nearby.
The townhome style condo is on the second and third floors of a three story building. It was built in the 1970's and has no elevator access. The stairs to the second floor front door are outside and on the side of the building. The main living, kitchen and one bath are on the floor that you come in on. The 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the 3rd floor up a staircase. There is an addional sink in the master bedroom and a washer/dryer on this floor.
