Available beginning March 2022, first time on the short-term rental market! Renovations are complete and we are excited to share our oceanfront condo with you. Your vacation beach home awaits and no expense has been spared to make it your favorite new spot to stay in Cocoa Beach, Florida! This 3rd-floor, direct oceanfront condo unit has been a long-term rental for many years but is now available to rent on a short-term basis.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances, shaker cabinets, and quartz countertops. Plastic or glass? Whatever your preference, we have plenty of dishes and serving items in the organized kitchen. Use the programmable coffee maker or keep it easy and pop a K-cup in the Keurig, then head out to the balcony and watch the sunrise. You will find an air fryer, crockpot, blender, and everything you need if you plan to cook while you are here. There is a newer, full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoined with the kitchen.
Throughout the condo, new luxury vinyl plank flooring is installed, along with new doors, door frames, and baseboards. New tile is present in each of the updated bathrooms. Each bath features LED lighted mirrors over the vanities and plenty of storage for your toiletries. Please note that both bathrooms have showers and do not have tubs.
The living room/dining room spaces are finished with soft colors, a leather sofa and loveseat, and a large wall-mounted TV. The dining area has a large table that easily seats six and there are an additional three stools under the peninsula. Walk out the hurricane-rated sliding patio door where you will find comfortable PVC seating and tables to enjoy watching the ocean and all its beauty.
The master bedroom has high-end furniture and a comfortable, king-sized bed. Look out the large picture window and see the big, beautiful ocean when you awake or close the blinds and curtains and sleep in. There is an updated private bath ensuite.
There are 2 additional furnished bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Those rooms share an updated hallway bath with a shower.
Just bring your bathing suit, clothes, and toiletries; we have the rest! This condo is fully furnished with 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach bag, coolers, AND plenty of beach towels. If you need to separate children, we have a small cot and a Pack 'n Play for the little ones. No need to bring your hairdryer - we have those too. There is also a small desk in case you need to work while you are here.
You will also find all the comforts of home with cable TV, secure WIFI, and many other touches you may not find in other condos. We supply the basics such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, many spices, paper towels, and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Come make yourself at home and enjoy our little slice of heaven!
