The heated pool and spa is the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and have fun with loved ones. Plenty of space to lounge in the sun poolside and enjoy meals in the shade on the dock.
Inside, you'll find open living and dining areas, professionally decorated rooms, and refreshing natural light. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, dishes, cookware, and bakeware, making cooking and entertaining a breeze.
When you're not soaking up the sun or enjoying outdoor activities, take advantage of the home's spacious living room, large TV with streaming and cable, and fireplace as well as the game room in the garage. Games in the garage can be moved to allow space for one car.
The main bedroom has lots of natural light with access to the pool area, an ensuite bathroom, and large closet. The first guest bedroom comes with its own outdoor access and pool access as well as ensuite bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The remaining two of the guest rooms share a full bath. All rooms have TVs with streaming and cable for you to relax and watch your favorite shows after a relaxing day.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool, dock, and boat lift at own risk. ***
