The front door opens up to the spacious entryway, with access to the two-car garage and lanai and pool deck. Step directly onto the lanai and grill up a meal - plenty of space for the family to lounge in the sun by the pool and spa, or underneath the covered lanai. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor - the main living and dining area. Overlook the canal while enjoying your meal on the second floor balcony. Primary suite with west facing balcony (perfect for sunsets!) is located on this floor, as well as an additional half bath. Third floor features the gaming loft with wet bar, as well as three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Optional use of the elevator.
