The second bedroom has a twin bed with a rollout twin size trundle bed, as well as a futon style sofa.
All linens are provided, including bath towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases, blankets and plenty of pillows.
We do not have dog breed or size restrictions, but we limit the number of dogs to 3. ***ALL dog waste must be removed and discarded in provided trash receptacle by guest prior to check-out or guest will be subject to a $100 fee.***
***PLEASE NOTE: After replacing hot tub three times due to damage, we no longer offer this amenity.***
***Host will need to access patio one time per week to empty outdoor trash bins and service/maintain outdoor areas. Host may need to enter garage to access equipment, but will not enter home without proper notice. At least 30-minutes notice will be provided to guests.***
