This pet-friendly home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beach, and is walking distance from the Bay Pines VA Medical Center, wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and a scenic biking/jogging trail. Enjoy your privacy with a separate entrance and a private fenced backyard featuring screened-in patio with seating, BBQ grill, and palm trees. Make yourself at home; relax and enjoy this piece of paradise!
This half duplex features a private entrance and a fenced-in backyard to ensure your furry companion stays close:) with ample seating both inside and outside. The place exudes a beachside ambiance, promising to help you unwind and relax! Guests enjoy exclusive access to their half of the house, including a bedroom with a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku TV, a living room with a pull-out sofa and another Roku TV (our Netflix account is conveniently available on the TV for your use). We also provide a private laundry room with the guest's washer and dryer. Each room is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are also at your disposal.
You will be residing in a residential area. Kindly be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a low noise level between 10 PM and 8 AM. This neighborhood is peaceful and secure; let's keep it that way:)
The exact amount of guests MUST be disclosed at the time of reservation for insurance purposes. The house is suitable for up to 2 guests. Dogs are allowed with prior approval. The one-time pet fee is required ($125/pet), otherwise, it will be charged against your security deposit.
