Fenced back yard.
One bedroom has a king bed and the other a full sized bed. Main bathroom has shower tub combo. Smaller bedroom has bathroom with shower,toilet and sink.
Kitchen supplies with dishes, cookware, coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Linens and towels.
Located less than a mile away from the St. John's river if you want to fish from the bank. Nearest public boat ramp and dock only 6 miles from the home in Welaka to access the St. Johns River or you can go 24 miles to Palatka which is north on Hwy 17. Crescent Lake boat ramp and dock is only 10 miles from the home. Bring your boat or rent one nearby. Shrimping season is usually in September/October. Don't forget your fishing license. The St. Johns river is brackish(mixture of seawater and freshwater) so make sure you have the proper licensing.
Room to park two trucks with bass boat/trailer in the yard.
You can rent a boat and watersports nearby at Renegades. There are alligators present so be mindful of the wildlife.
Bikers...great area to enjoy your ride. Only 58 miles to Daytona Beach!
Campers/travel trailers. You can camp here with access to water and electric. No dumping. Must be self contained. Contact me for details.

Small town with retired folks, snow birds and year round families live in this community. If you don't want to experience the concrete Florida then this is your paradise. You will see farms and ranches mostly in this area.
Golfers check out the nearby Oaks Golf Course. They have a twilight special at 3 pm. Discounted fees. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dogs are welcome if they are housebroken and free of fleas and ticks etc. Non aggressive no matter the size or breed. Must be leashed if not in the fenced area.
If you leave them in the home they must be kenneled to prevent damage to the home. I can provide two kennels that we use for our 70 lb Australian Shepherds when we travel. Let me know in advance.
Cats okay if you bring litter box, kennel etc.
Any extra cleaning will cause an additional cleaning fee.
If any pets damage the furniture, flooring or screens there will be extra fees. We love our fur family so please be respectful of our home.
No Internet or cable TV. Outdoor antenna allows some local television stations.
Smaller tvs in the bedrooms are to watch DVD movies only.
Drinking bottled water is recommended as at times we receive a report to boil the water.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME.
