We travel quite a bit and we know its very important to have a very clean spotless place, and we guarantee that with our units. All floors are tile, all countertops are granite, and all linens are white and removable. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have hepa vacuums to ensure all surfaces are free of dust and dirt! We replace the mattresses, linens and repaint every unit annually, rest assured you will arrive to a perfect unit. As you can tell, we are clean fanatics.

The studio apartment is completely remodeled and has a brand new high end memory foam queen bed. There is a 42' LCD TV smart TV with high speed WIFI network in the villa as well. The villa is completely remodeled annually, so everything is always brand new. Delray Beach was rated most fun small city in America, come enjoy it! This apartment is going to be the cleanest you will find! All linens are white so we can bleach everything. The comforter has a duvet which is washed every time by the cleaners. For myself, that is the most important thing about staying somewhere away from home, a CLEAN place! We prefer longer stays, but are open to all potential bookings. We have a no smoking policy on this property, even outside. During the winter people like to leave their windows open, we really don't want any smoking to disrupt our guests, thank you. We have exterior wireless security cameras on premises.
