Our community is perfect for fishermen, families, professionals, and anyone looking for short-term or long-term rentals year-round. Our homes offer quaint, private indoor and outdoor living spaces, making them perfect for everyone. Children and small pets are welcome, and the sleeping capacity is 2 bedrooms and 4 occupants.
Our home comes equipped with an open kitchen and dining area, which includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and kitchenware. We also provide TV and WiFi for your convenience. Laundry amenities are also available. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all within 1-3 miles, and Bayonette Hospital is approximately 2 miles away. If you're interested, please ask about local boating and fishing trips.
Our outdoor amenities include a barbecue grill, kayak, and a private comfortable setting for outdoor living accommodations in the waterfront backyard. The floating dock at the waterside accommodates your boat (up to 24 ft boat- 3ft Draft max.). You can fish off the dock, cookout within a privacy-fenced yard, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
We have an electronic lock, so no contact is necessary for check-in or check-out. However, we require 24-hour approval to book to ensure that our home is a good fit for you and us. We recommend that renters purchase a travel insurance policy to cover cancellations.
