Located on the second floor of the High Cotton Marketplace, enjoy a panoramic view of the river and one of the few remaining working waterfronts on the Gulf Coast from a private, semi-covered veranda. Built in 2005, the High Cotton Marketplace is a small, mixed-use development of retail and residential condo units designed to blend with historic Apalachicola.
Decorated in a unique blend of contemporary and coastal cottage furnishings with an emphasis on comfort, featuring hand-picked, one-of-a-kind artwork.
