This spacious, renovated house has been home to Traveling Nurses and Business Professionals who are interested in short and long-term stays!! This property is also minutes from Hyde Park and Downtown Tampa!
Our home is perfectly laid out for up to 8 guests. There is one en-suite, King size bedroom with a huge walk in closet and private bathroom with a shower! The second is an en-suite queen size bed with personal closet and remote-controlled bedframe. The third Bedroom has 2 full size beds and big closet!
The living room has 2 couches with plenty of space to hang out! There is a rotating, mounted TV that has ROKU TV for ease of use! There is a desk with a chair as well with great lighting and plug-in ability to use for work!
The Kitchen is wide open and fully stocked with all supplies you would need from a Coffee Maker to pots/pans and silverware. There is a beautiful dinner table in a separate room right by the kitchen.
There is a lounge-room in the back that has a new washer/dryer and walks out to the backyard.
Everything is accessible besides for the shed and garage in the backyard!
Centrally located right near Hyde Park and Downtown Tampa!
We have plenty of space to park in the driveway!
Please park in the driveway and trash comes on Tuesday and Thursday!
