Ideal for memorable, relaxing vacations, Palm Terrace offers gracious accommodations in a tropical paradise of palm trees and exotic flowers. The main common area includes a large heated swimming pool and patio with wicker lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables with umbrellas. Across the courtyard is a fantastic tiki hut with a large self serve bar, flat screen TV and lounge and bar seating! One of our largest apartments, 2B has two bedrooms & two bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, spacious bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa. Decks with views of Gulf of Mexico AND Palm Terrace courtyard. Kitchenettes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, broiler ovens, and counter-top ranges. Kitchens in the larger apartments are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwaves, toasters, refrigerators, stoves, and, in most cases, dishwashers. Our apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis and are fully equipped with all linens and cleaning materials. Guest laundry facilities are on the premises. All apartments have air conditioning, flat screen tvs with cable. DVD players are available on request. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on screened porches, balconies, decks, or outside by the pool. Palm Terrace Resort is located about 2 miles South of downtown Fort Myers Beach. There is a beach trolley available with multiple pickup locations, the nearest pickup location is at Matanzas Pass Preserve, about .5 miles North. A car is recommended.
