Amazing View that never gets old. Direct view of Downtown Sky Line and facing due WEST which provides incredible sunsets. Very tranquil setting yet extremely close to downtown and all of the great restaurants along Beach Drive. Wonderful and Very Large Lanai (with Ceiling Fans) with lots of seating facing your unobstructed view of the water. Entire backyard completely fenced in so the your pets have plenty of room to roam without leaving the yard. Very quite neighborhood. Home is Mid Century with Terrazzo floors. Two inside seating areas each with large TV's. Main Bedroom and one other Bedroom also have TV's. Each Bedroom is attached to a full bath. Main Bedroom is old school with two full baths. Two bedrooms share a bath. There is an additional full size refrigerator and freezer in garage. Grill is located on water side so grill master can be a part of the conversations. As stated, there are more restaurants downtown than you will get the time to visit. Reservations are encouraged, and Uber / Lyft is recommended AT NIGHT due to the lack of parking. Home is about 25 minutes to Pass A Grill Beach. Fairly quick drive to Tampa International Airport as well.
