Summary: Yes the room was neglected. And we never saw staff . Only when we checked in. Not really any amenities a bunch of riff raff right out front smoking and carrying on. Was not impressed at all. Slept in our bed sheets for four days. Never expected to pay extra for clean linens and bath towels.
