Listen to the gentle rustle of the bamboo and palms while reading a book on the hammock, or take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk bordering the shell-covered yard. There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30.
Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 8, with the option to seat an additional 2.
Outdoor Seating: Outdoor dining that seats 6. 4 Chaise loungers, two rocking loungers and four adirondack chairs, two hammocks, park bench and bench swing.
Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
