I am delighted to welcome you to my beautiful, safe and comfortable single family home. It is located in a quiet and superb neighborhood. The entire house is approximately 1,800 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a covered screened private pool and patio.
It is beautifully furnished with a contemporary and modern style. This lovely house offers two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have their own TV and the family room is also equipped with a Samsung TV to entertain. Plenty of parking on the driveway. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils & needs to enjoy the comfort of your own home. Washer & dryer are in the Garage & enjoy unlimited high speed free WI-FI.
BBQ grill with all the essentials available, so you can enjoy as much time outside by the pool.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole house except for the two attached car garage and the stuff marked private are off limit as have owners’ personal belongings stored in the house. Guest are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the Garage.

- NO Smoking - Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) are never allowed inside the property. ***$500 FINE***
- NO Pets Allowed.
- NO Parties or Events hosted in the home. Large gatherings are not permissible. ***$500 FINE***
- Guests may not disturb the neighbors quite environment observing quite hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. No late night music or noises that would disturb the neighbors. Very much appreciated!!
- Host assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged belongings including any belongings left in the house after your departure.
- Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the house, premises, or property caused by the guest, their visitors, or other persons present in the house during the guest’s stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). I, reserves the right to charge guests for 120% of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to: all property damage; missing or damaged items; smoking fee; cleaning fee; and guest compensation. Identity Verification is required.
