The Space:
***Please note: Our pool is open now until October 1st and is not heated. Please reach out if you have additional questions!***
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside is the living room, and the fully-equipped kitchen is to the right. The living room has a comfy sofa bed, an armchair, and a SmartTV.
The kitchen is open to the dining space. We provide essential cookware and dinnerware to make home-cooked meals during your travels. We provide two dining table options: a large farm table with benches/chairs and a smaller table for four chairs.
This house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, a full bed, and a SmarTV. The second has a full bed and a desk. The last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both bathrooms in this home have a shower/tub combination.
Out back is a fully fenced yard with a charcoal grill and private pool!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
