SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious and elegant retreat allows for comfortable accommodationsfor all. Indulge in a chic primary suite complete with a king size bed, butlers area with a beverage fridge, balcony overlooking the gorgeous backyard oasis, tv and an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and walk in shower. There are two other bedrooms nearby - one with a king with a tv and en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower and the other with 2 twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. A detached cottage with a full bed, tv and half bathroom accessed from the outside lies poolside for visiting guests and an office is available for those working remotely. A convenient powder room lies off the living area downstairs.

This home does not have designated parking but there is ample on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
