This 3 bedroom 2 bath stilted home is situated just one lot in from the open water on Cudjoe Bay. The views on the front patio of Cudjoe Bay are to die for as well as the great views from the back patio and 36' dock. Awesome sunsets await you as well as great boating and fishing. A unique home with the master bedroom, living room, dining room and a brand new updated beautiful kitchen on the first floor. The other 2 bedrooms and bath are up the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor. The kids will love being upstairs in their own little world. A large BBQ is on the main floor patio convenient to the dock to cook your fresh catch.
Downstairs storage boast lots of storage with a freezer. An outdoor shower is on the back patio. The Villa has deep water dockage and easy access to Atlantic or Gulf side for some of the best fishing in the world. Restaurant's close by include: The Square Grouper (rated the best restaurant in the Keys) Bella Luna - a nice Italian restaurant less than two miles away, Mangrove Mama's located in Sugarloaf, 5 miles away (also do a great job of cooking your catch for you), Winn Dixie Shopping Center is located in Big Pine Key, 15 minutes away. Cudjoe Sales which is 1/4 mile away is a fishermen's candy store. There is also a fish market across the parking lot from Cudjoe Sales which sells frozen bait as well as fresh fish. A fuel dock is located at the Sugarloaf KOA 5 minutes away by boat- they also sell live shrimp and frozen bait, or Venture Out which is 5 minutes the other direction also sells frozen bait and their fuel is usually less expensive. The Shell station in Summerland Key, 5 minutes away sells live shrimp and frozen bait also.
For those who like the beach for the day plan on visiting Bahia Honda State Park which is rated one of the best beaches in Florida. It's about 20 minutes away and is a state park so there is a minimal entrance fee. You won't be disappointed. For those shoppers do visit the gift shop . . . some great finds there.
And don't miss Looe Key if you can get out there on your boat or Looe Key Resort in Ramrod has charter boats that will set you up to visit one of the most popular live reefs in the Keys. It's a great snorkeling trip that you won't forget.
