This vacation home is located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on beautiful Lake Buchanan. It is in a quiet and gated property and provides a relaxing environment, perfect for a couple’s trip, a family reunion, a business get together or a friends get away trip.
This is a family friendly waterfront property that offers 2 other lake houses, a “3 Bed 2 Bath House (fits 8 people)” and a “1 Bed 1 Bath House (fits 4 people)”, that can be rented individually or together as a duo or trio to better serve our guests’ group size. The property also offers plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats.
This lake house is a spacious 3 Bed 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 (master) has a queen bed/crib and a queen air mattress for extra guests. There are also 2 bunk beds and a ping pong table in the den. Bathroom #1 has a shower/tub combination, sink and toilet. Bathroom #2 (master) has a large tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks.
It offers a spacious living room with a couch, a loveseat, 2 chairs, a 50-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and Dish Cable TV. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer & dryer. We also offer Unlimited Verizon Internet and board games for the raining days. Outside guests can enjoy the shaded wraparound deck that offers a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill.
The house capacity is 10 guests (adults and children) comfortably sleeping in beds. If more accommodations are needed, guests can rent one of the other lake houses on the property or pay an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night, up to 2 extra guests and bring them along.
The property also offers plenty of outdoor space with shade trees, outdoor seating, hammock, picnic tables, fire pit, horseshoes, 13 x 9 Water Pad, a 317 Feet lighted & covered concrete fishing pier, sandy beach, and boat tour to the waterfalls.
The lake is swimming friendly and gets deeper gradually so it is perfect for small kids.
