This home includes 3 Bedrooms, a Loft/Office and 2 1/2 baths. The Master has a king bed and is on the 1st floor. Adjacent is a Master Bath with separate shower and bath tub, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms, both have queen beds, a dresser and closet; there is also a Loft/Office space with queen size Sofa/Bed, desk area for two, 65" LG Smart TV and large ottoman. The 2nd floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination and two sinks. The 1st floor includes a Guest Bathroom, Dry Bar, Family Room with wood burning Fireplace and 55' LG Smart TV, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook with view of the Golf Course and Foothills. The first floor also includes Dining Room with table for six people, small Living Room Sitting area with upholstered chairs (2) and bench (1). Laundry Room and 2 car Garage have inside entry. All Furnishings and Fixtures are new since Sept. 2022. The backyard has patio areas for the BBQ, which has a tiled table top, seating and refrigeration and the Fireplace, which has tiered walls, seating and uses a propane tank. The center raised Patio has a Chimenea and Wicker cushioned lounging chairs and a table. There is a small gate on to the golf course for a morning walk on the cart path.
The Patio adjacent to the back of the house has table and chairs for six people and is mostly shielded from the sun with the originally designed roof extension.
A Water Softener has been installed in the Garage to make the water less abrasive. The property has a Ring Doorbell and three security cameras over looking the backyard and side yards. Sometimes the house is not occupied, .... hence the security system.
Guests will have access to the entire house and can enter from the Front Door via a digital lock with a secure passcode or the Garage Door via a passcode.
