The famous Pete's Bar and Lemon Bar are only a block away, and Walgreens, Starbucks and a grocery are within walking also. This home is newly remodeled with modern kitchen, with new appliances, and a gorgeous Master Bath with walk-in open shower. The downstairs features two full bedroom suites plus a half bath. It also features a huge projection t.v. with killer sound system. It also has a kitchenette with 2 small fridges, and a cooktop and dining table. (this part of house can be locked off for total privacy.)
