Renovated in 2024, this home features a newly repainted interior and exterior and new kitchen furniture and refrigerator. Other upgrades include new furniture for the patio and game room. With plenty of room for the whole family, this home offers three levels perfect for large groups to spread out and relax. The lower level of the house will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and dining table await to host game nights and dinners in comfort. The third floor is home to another living room with a TV for movie nights. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second and third floors are perfect for spending evenings with the family in the salty air, especially at sunset!

No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
