Paseo HOA/CDD rules are contracted 30 day minimum stays. If you are planning on staying less than 30 days I can adjust pricing to sum up to essentially the same amount you would spend for a week or two etc however the place would be yours for the 30 days. This limits rentals to one person per month. Paseo also has an application process, background check and $100 fee for the application. A signed short term lease is part of the process as well.
